Sweet and Sour Chicken

Sweet and Sour Chicken is one of our families favorite Chinese dishes. We love to have a Chinese night and use our chop sticks and just have a fun evening. This recipe for Sweet and Sour Chicken is delicious with a sauce that we use with many other dishes.

Sweet and Sour Chicken

This month at Food of The World we are visiting China.  The Chinese new Year is Jan 31, 2014 and will be The Year of The Horse. The Chinese New Year is Lunar Year 4712, as the Lunar New Year dates back to 2600 BC when the Emperor Huang Ti introduced the first cycle of the Chinese Zodiac. What a great time to have Chinese Night, celebrate the Chinese New Year!

  6. Chinese cuisine is not something I make often--in fact it is very rare at my house! So I appreciate this recipe for something we enjoy at Chinese buffets that I can try at home. Thank you for sharing.
