Fried Rice

We have been enjoying Fried Rice for years and often times have Fried Rice as a side dish or as the entire meal. It is one of the most versatile dishes as many different vegetables can be added to the rice and eggs to make it different every time. Today we are having our favorite mix of vegetables with the rice.
