Orange Chili Salmon

When we travel to the Northwest coast one of the foods we enjoy the most is Salmon. I just cannot get my fill of Salmon. We are inland here at the cottage and rarely have an opportunity to have really fresh Salmon. The other day our local market had a big promotion for fresh Alaskan Salmon and I was the first in line. My recipe for Orange Chili Salmon is a blend of the Northwest and Texas. We are hoping that our market will carry the fresh Salmon all the time.

  3. Have to confess we're a bit spoiled for salmon in the UK ... always available and so we end up eating some most weeks. Always good to get some new ideas for cooking it as easy to get in a rut. Alice @ Mums Make Lists
