Key Lime Fudge

I was very excited to receive my blog assignment from  The Secret Recipe Club For December. I am honored to present Aimee from Shugary Sweets. Aimee is a very busy Mom to 4 very active children, you may find her anytime at an athletic event for the children. In her free time she loves to be in the kitchen and finds that baking is her favorite thing to do in the kitchen, which is evidenced in all her great recipes. Aimee has been a frequent contributor and has been featured on Full Plate Thursday. We are asked this month to feature Holiday Treats and what a great blog to have for that challenge, she has so many recipes that would be perfect, be sure and stop by her blog and check them out.

 Key Lime Fudge

Key Lime Fudge
Shugary Sweets
Prepared In
Miz Helen's Kitchen
2 11 ounce bags white chocolate morsels
14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
5 key limes, zested and juiced
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
Melt morsels with condensed milk on low heat until completely smooth. Whisk in lime juice and lime zest. Pour into a parchment paper lined 13X9 or 8X8 pan (for thicker fudge). Immediately sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs (pressing lightly so they stick into the hot fudge).
Miz Helen's Additions
1 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Stir in the cranberries after the addition of the lime juice. Add the chopped pecans to the graham cracker crumbs and top the fudge.

  27. "OMG", it should be against the law tempting everyone with those yummy looking treats.
You're just like Anita Pelaez over at her key lime pie factory in Asheville. Just tempting people with her delicious key lime pies. The both of you should be ashamed of yourselves.
