  1. Those are gorgeous rolls. I can just taste them, the aroma of fresh baked bread is like no other. for a short while I had to eat gluten free. During that time I found Better Batter a company that makes gluten free flour. It is a cup for cup flour that you can use in all your recipes. She has a huge archive full of recipes and her test kitchen will convert recipes for you if you have difficulty. It make delicious bread and her site has 100's of recipes. when I was able to eat gluten again the first thing I did was bake some bread I love the process of baking bread and it soothes my soul to feel it beneath my hands. Enjoy your bread making and let the Lord feed your soul.

  14. Wow! Those rolls look so good! Even before they are baked I just wanted to take a big ol' bite. How did you get them to rise so perfectly??

  15. Jackie,
To answer your question: How did you get them to rise so perfectly? Make sure that your yeast is fresh and not old. Make sure that you set them in a very warm place to rise and cover them with a loose cloth giving them room to rise. If you had been at my house, you would have had to keep your boys from sticking their fingers in the dough and watching it go down...lol, what memories.
